When we think about popular movies that changed millions of lives, there have got to be a couple in the Star Wars series that are near the top of the list. Exactly which ones these are might be up for debate in some circles, but the impact remains nonetheless.

From the original trilogy right through to the TV spin offs, we've been blessed with plenty of chances to immerse ourselves in the universe of the Jedi. The quality control may have been variable at times, but much of the loyal fanbase have still stuck with it.

We don't need memes to tell us that Star Wars has staying power. We only have to look to the actors who keep pushing for more instalments to see that it's a project that gets valued at every level (looking at you, Samuel L. Jackson). However, that doesn't mean that we can't enjoy some of the high quality internet content that it inspires. The jokes keep on coming.
